1.1 – All prices are indicated in Euros and include V.A.T. sales tax. The prices do not include shipping and handling fees. All prices are communicated in Euros.
1.2 – In the case of orders to countries outside of metropolitan France, the purchaser agrees to act as the importer of the products concerned. For orders to countries outside the European Union and French overseas territories, the price will be calculated without sales tax on the invoice. All customs duties, local taxes, right to import taxes or state taxes arising at the delivery destination, however, will be the responsibility of the client and are not included in the price of the products. These fees are not affiliated with robinsonlesbains.com. It is the full responsibility of the client to ensure the payment of these fees to their local authorities. We advise you to inform yourself about these fees from your local authorities.
1.3 –
Payments, no matter the origin, may only be made in Euros.
1.4 robinsonlesbains.com reserves the right to modify the prices of its
products at any time. The products
will be invoiced, however, according to the price indicated at the time of the
order and subject to availability.
2) Order
On the Internet: www. robinsonlesbains.com. All contractual information will be in French.
At the time of the first order, the purchaser must create an online account with valid, up-to-date contact information. Once robinsonlesbains receives the order form and its contents are verified, the sales contract will be deemed in effect. The purchaser must read the General Sales Conditions before proceeding with the purchase and sending the order form. By sending the order form by electronic method, the purchaser thereby accepts, unconditionally, to respect the agreement with robinsonlesbains and the General Sales Conditions. If you are in disagreement with the indicated General Sales Conditions, the company requests you do not submit an order form for purchases from robinsonlesbains. By sending the order form, the purchaser agrees to understand and accept the prevailing General Sales Conditions.
3) Confirmation
By clicking
the "confirm" button of the online order, the client thereby agrees
to accept the General Sale Conditions. The contract will be in effect once
robinsonlesbains receives the order.
The information recorded by the payment system will constitute the proof of
financial transactions.
4) Availability
Our proposed product offering is subject to availability of stock. Please ensure the accuracy of your contact details: name, addresses and telephone number. Please verify when ordering, article by article, that the number, colour, size and price have been properly noted in your order. “Sold Out” means a product is no longer available and that it is no longer possible to order this particular item.

Deliveries made via UPS.
Neither the delivery company nor robinsonlesbains.com will be deemed liable for
any failure to deliver as a result of an incorrect delivery address (with it
being furthermore stipulated that clients are not allowed to request delivery
to P.O. boxes).
You will be informed of the forecasted delivery lead-time upon confirmation of
your purchase.
The total costs of delivery are shown in the "cart" section and must
be approved by the client before confirming each order.
All customs fees, if any, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
The purchaser may track the progress of his delivery at the following website http://www.ups.com using the tracking number
supplied to him in the order confirmation e-mail.
The goods will be delivered to the client in person. You should verify the condition of the delivered goods and
then sign the delivery slip, which constitutes the confirmation that the order
has been fulfilled.
All products leave our premises in perfect condition.
In the event that damaged or incomplete goods are delivered to you, you should
refuse the delivery and record your complaint on the delivery slip.
You should then inform robinsonlesbains of this by sending an e-mail to the
following address: info@robinsonlesbains.com or by registered letter to AJE 41, bd de Strasbourg
75010 Paris requesting a new delivery meeting the necessary standards, (with
costs being borne by robinsonlesbains.com) or the cancellation of the sale and
the issuing of a refund.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, a non-delivery notice will be left
for you and a new appointment should be arranged by the purchaser by visiting
the following website http://www.ups.com.
On the third unsuccessful attempt to deliver your products, the cost of returning the goods will be billed to the purchaser in the form of a deduction from his refund.
The address that you have supplied for the delivery of your goods may not be modified during delivery.
In the event of a delivery lead-time exceeding seven days from that shown on the order, the contract of sale may be cancelled at the purchaser's request, who will then receive a full refund. This request should be made by e-mail, sent to the following address contact@robinsonlesbains.com or by registered letter sent to AJE 41 bd de Strasbourg 75010 Paris.
Deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
6) Payment and Security
All orders
dispatched in France and the EU are expressed in Euros including sales of
tax (19,6% VAT).
AJE/ robinsonlesbains accounts are held at HSBC fbg Poissonière Paris.
Payments are secured using the Ogone payment system. Information concerning
this system is available at the following website: http://www.ogone.com or by
sending an e-mail to the following address support@ogone.com.
All information exchanged in order to process the payment will be encrypted
using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties.
Furthermore, the said data will not be stored in our IT system.
Payments are made by bankcard (Carte Bleu, Visa, Master Card, American
Express).
Ogone is PCI DSS certified (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) by
Visa and MasterCard.

7) Return and Exchange
Robinsonlesbains.comis committed to providing products of the highest quality. If you are notsatisfied with your order, robinsonlesbains commits itself to offer an exchangeor refund of the products concerned. The costs of sending and returning items willbe the responsibility of the purchaser.
Robsinsonlesbains will be happy to offer an exchangeor refund within 7 days of reception of the order. Please note that the items must still be in their originalpackaging and in original condition (i.e. not worn, washed, ironed, altered orsoiled). For each return, the purchaser should send an e-mail to therobinsonlesbains customer service department at the following address: info@robinsonlesbains.com or a registered
letter to 41, bd de Strasbourg 75010 Paris stating the reason for the returnand whether for a refund or exchange.
Be careful, during our sales period, we don't refund for any sale item, the customer has to ask for an exchange. The cost of returning and re-shipping will be borne by the purchaser.
Customers are advised to use UPS when returning items to robinsonlesbains.com.You may contact UPS by calling the following number: +33 (0)8 21 23 38 77 or byvisiting the following website http://www.ups.com . If the purchaserdecides to send back the goods using another courier service, he should ensurethat the shipped goods can be tracked and that a signature is required upondelivery.

The right of retraction does not apply to artificial persons (i.e. companies).
In the event that damaged goods are returned, Robinsonlesbains.com will returnthese to the purchaser, who will then be required to pay the delivery costs.
robinsonlesbains will issue a refund for merchandise sent back in accordancewith the abovementioned conditions, within a period of 30 days from when theyare received.
However, the use of deferred debit bankcards will result in a deferred refund.
7-a Return with a request for a refund:
The purchaser will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item andthe "outward" delivery costs, conforming with the Châtel Law. The"return" delivery costs will however be borne by the purchaser.
7-b Return with a request for an exchange:
Robinsonlesbains.com will issue a refund (upon request), to the purchaser inthe event that the price of the exchanged item is less than that of theoriginal item. The cost of returning the item will be borne by the purchaser,although the cost of re-shipping the exchanged item will be borne byrobinsonlesbains.com (up to a maximum of one replacement).

any responsibility for all consequential damages due to resent, trading loss,
loss of profit, loss of chance, damage or expenses.

The current sales contract is in French and subject to French law. In the event of legal action, only the French courts will be qualified.

processing and treatment of your order as well as to reinforce and personalize
